How we verify listings
Every event here was found, read and written up by a person, working from the organizer's own page. We do not take listings from other directories and we do not accept paid placement.
Where a listing comes from
Each event links to its source: usually the organizer's own event page, sometimes their calendar, occasionally a ticketing page where that is the only thing they publish. You can see which on every listing, and the link goes straight to them rather than to another page of ours.
If the source and this page ever disagree, the source is right. Please tell us, and we will fix it.
What “last checked” means
It means a person opened that source page on that date and compared it with what we show. Nothing more and nothing less. A date from last month does not mean the event has changed; it means we have not looked since.
A few listings have no date at all. Those are ones we have added but not yet re-checked, and they say so.
Events with no dates
Most Christian youth events run every year, and most have not announced next year's dates yet. Rather than hide those events or guess, we list them with the organizer's own description of when they usually run, and we say the dates are not announced.
What we are still building
Automated weekly re-checks are not running yet. Today every check is a person opening a page. That is honest but slow, and it is the next thing we are building: a job that reads each source every week and flags anything that has changed.
Until it exists, assume a listing is as current as its last-checked date and no more. Always confirm with the organizer before you pay for anything or drive anywhere.
Tell us when we are wrong
We would rather hear it than not. If a date has moved, a price has changed or an event is not running this year, tell us and we will check the source and update the listing.
